the best cup for paintball and fencing
I hate wearing cups but this one is the cheapest and most comfortable solution for low impact activity. I find i can wear this cup all day without discomfort and keep full range of motion. wear the jockstrap over boxer briefs or switch it out completely for compression shorts.
