I haven’t used this product long enough to know if it works, but the picture shows 85% beta glucan. I know the product description down below states 70%, but the photo says 85% so I wasn’t sure which concentration I would receive. I can confirm it is the 70%, unfortunately.

I'm not sure if this worked or not, I didn't notice a difference.

Good quality product

I began taking this Beta 3, 6, Glucan for intestinal issues. I researched and this product seemed to be superior to others for a few reasons. I’ve taken good source of collagen daily for years for overall health, skin & nails. I’ve never really been able to tell that it made a difference. However, within 2 weeks of beginning the Beta 3,6,Glucan from Smoky Mountain Naturals My nails are absolutely Beautiful, like they’ve Never been in my life. I imagine there’s a huge difference in the strength of my intestines as well. Even my skin seems better. So thankful for this. It’s not every day we’re able to connect with a product that actually makes a very real difference. I have one major complaint. Smoky Mountain Naturals needs to make this available by subscription So I never run out. I haven’t seen that option. I hope you make that available soon, if it isn’t. I use this product for immunity building. My regular brand is no longer available so I'm so glad I found this one! I am a retired teacher (elementary) so I was constantly exposed to illnesses. As soon as I felt a sore throat I would take this along with Source Naturals Wellness Formula and Zicam. It ALWAYS either lessoned my illness or totally made it go away. I still use it now if I feel a sore throat coming on. Also I use it if I have been exposed to illnesses, but am not feeling it myself. I only use Zicam when I have a sore throat. Now I am using the Beta Glucan and the Wellness Formula to boost my immune system during this Coronavirus time.

I purchased it to help boost my immune systems. It seems like I get at least 2 cold in winter. Also it has been Recommend to take now with the corona virus. One thing I noticed is, usually around 8/9 PM I get a craving For something sweet to eat, and since I started taking I don’t get that craving. That’s a really great benefit For me.

I bought this product to help reduce plaque in my arteries. You know you have a buildup if your blood pressure is high, you're elderly and been eating meat all your life. So I changed my diet, researched the active ingredient in oatmeal, and voila bought your product to help. So far I like it and it has helped. It's a work in progress.

I got first time this product. I have to strengthen my immune system. And I saw Beta Glucan ratio, 1000 mg is perfect. I hope this product is better for me.

This immune system booster seems to of kept away the cold this season so far (knock on wood), and I don't feel quite as tired as usual. I'm not sure if it's the capsules or me working out more. But, it does seem to have caused me to be more, "regular," so maybe it's getting bad stuff out of my system too. I'm willing to try anything to avoid getting a cold though, so I'll keep it up until the bottle is done. It's quite pricey, but worth its resistance so far.

I have never before tried a Beta Glucan supplement, but when I learned what a great immune and digestive boost it provides, I was excited to give it a try. The SmokyMountainNutrition Beta Glucan provides 1000mg per 2 capsules, and although somewhat expensive it is a powerhouse of a supplement. I have been using it for several days now, and I definitely feel that it is helping me combat a cold that keeps trying to grab onto me. So far I’ve been able to avoid actually ‘getting sick’ even though I’ve been very busy, and I think it’s the Beta Glucan that I have to thank for that. It also helps me not feel as fatigued during the day, and I think it’s helping me have more regular bowel movements as well. Overall I’m impressed with my experience so far, and look forward to continued benefits as I keep taking it daily.
