Great product. The spray is nice. It dries in seconds! It really works on my pain.

It sprays upside down! I love it and it does work. I felt the need to update my previous review. I have always used the roll-on: no mess. Then I saw the spray advertised on TV. I immediately went to the Amazon site and ordered it. As I said originally: it works. My pain continues to increase; with no one being able to find the source, let alone a cure. It has now moved into interfering with my sleep. When I climb into bed the pain is so bad, it is almost impossible to get back up. I do manage to get up and go and get the spray can of Icy Hot and spray it liberally on the pain in my hip. Give it about 2 minutes and the pain has subsided enough that I am able to go to sleep. TY

I would say the only difference with this is that it’s a few extra dollars and that it dries fast. It doesn’t have a strong smell, but I also don’t think it helped my pain. I’ll still with the blue bottle.

I had spinal stenosis surgery in May, 2025 after getting 5+ years of steroid shots to “calm the compressed nerve” at L4-L5. Shots were only done to make money for the doctors, not to relieve pain. So, after 4 months of heavy pain killers, I sprayed (very easy reach) my back and Walla, pain gone for 3-4 hours so I can do PT as required for 60 minutes daily 5 times a week. Don’t buy some other junk, take my word for it. Use it up to four times a day while your back is healing. It’s a long process as those nerves regenerate. The nerves (sciatica especially) have been crushed for many years while the doctors lined their pockets with a bunch of green backs.
