Is this the Chanca Piedra plant - that has been ground up?

Hey Joel. I believe it has been. Been using it 6-7 months and has worked. And when I had a stone helped to get rid of it quicker.

What is the shelf life?

There is an expiration date on the bottle, but I have never had a problem with this product. Having a short date I go through bottles fairly quickly as I take two a day initially to twice a day with a meal. The severity and frequency of my kidney stones went down from severe and every 4 to 6 weeks to now mild And every 4 to 6 months if that none of my doctors or pharmacist had heard of it, but none of them could find any interactions or problem with any of my other medication’s. They were just glad I was not having kidney stones that frequently.
