Connectivity at arm's length only
You cannot have your phone in the back pocket of your jeans or side pocket of your coat or in a side pocket of your city backpack on your pack or the Urbanista covered by even the thinnest scarf.Connection breaks and it could not be more annoying to only hear cracking random sounds instead of the radio or music or audiobook.It only works when you hold your phone in your hand and out of pocket.Wired earphones work better by a mile.UPDATE: got a replacement very quick and the new one does the job. The initial one must have been faulty.

Good Audio Quality But They Were Fragile
The headphones have very good audio quality but the ear buds were extremely fragile.
