Was easy to install
These are quite easy to put in. The instructions were as complete as they needed to be since you just shut the power off, cut the wires to the ballast, then link the wire (wires in my case because I have two tubes in one fixture) to the black on one end, and the other wire on the other end to the white. Didn't seem to matter which end was hot and which end was neutral. The ground just remains screwed to the metal of the fixture. I also didn't worry about which wire I used from each tombstone (there are two protruding and I just capped off the one not used on each). I used the wire nuts that were there but one should probably replace them. Even going very slowly it took about 15 minutes from start to finish, much easier than putting up new fixtures. Light output is much better than the fluorescents they replaced. The only minor flaw I could see was that they may droop slightly because of the 8ft span. If you have tight clearances, you may have to support the middle of the tube. For example, my fixture hangs very low and there is a cupboard door that cleared the old tubes by about a 1/4 inch. One of these bowed down slightly and it would have brushed one tube slightly. I can't see that they get hot enough not to just put a tie wrap around them to keep them straight. I didn't, it wasn't significant enough to worry about. It is just that glass is far stiffer than plastic over that long span. I'm tickled with how they went in and how the room looks now.

Bit of shipping issue and these are BRIGHT!!
The first box (of 4) shipped did not appear to have damage. It is strong square cardboard shipping tube, however it apparently took a drop on one end that pushed all of the contacts back into the tube making them unuseable. Amazon took them back without issue and the dealer response was quick. I had them replaced and this time the box did have some flex damage, so I took a video, and went ahead and used them. One had a slight amount of damage but they all worked. And this delivery had thimbles on the end protecting the contacts so not sure why the other did not.I am replacing flourescent in a low ceiling basement and these are very bright, but I wanted the directional nature from the dual row LEDs. So these are great because I can direct one tube to each side and cover a much wider area. I can go almost anywhere in the basement with only one row of fixtures lit. When I turn on both rows of fixtures I am sure neighbors think I am using them for grow lights and a side hobby :-)Easy to install, just removed ballast and wired the ends direct. Simple change over and bright. I have ordered some clips for support in the middle, hasn't been an issue so far, but think it best for long term.

V shaped are Good bulbs but they’re already flickering
Good bright bulbs. Require ballast delete. But they don’t always last long. Have bulbs that are dying already. Doesn’t make me look good as a contractor when products fail. Customers don’t always see it as the products fault but as the contractors fault instead. (Ordered v shaped)

Works Great!
We fazed out my mother's Fluorescent lights for LEDs. We still have many other 8 ft ones to do & a few 4 ft ones, but we're doing a little each month to conserve money. It doesn't take long to install if you know what you're doing. It's simple enough that with a little instruction, even a novice can wire up their fixture to work with these light bulbs. For the 8 ft ones, two light fixtures had to have new connectors installed for the new bulbs to work. Other than that, it was a simple job. We installed all of the lights in just a couple of hours.I will be buying more of these in the coming months to finish replacing the other bulbs in my mother's shop.

Was happy at first. Now not so much.
I was very happy with these at first. Better than a month ago I sent them a note saying several of the leds in one of the lamps were out they offered me 20 dollars. Granted that's about what it cost me but I would have to buy 4 new ones. They don't sell just one. I did not accept it I wanted a replacement. Now half of that same bulb is burnt out. I sent them a message asking for a replacement. Nothing but dead air this time.

Highly recommended you wont be disappointed!
At first i was a little worried about the wiring. You have to bypass your old balast. Once I did it I found it was extremely easy and was able to completely bypass and rewire a fixture in about 5 minutes. After that it's as simple as popping the new lights in! I was really surprised at what a differance it made in my garage. I paint a lot in the garage so it has to be bright. These lights didn't disappoint. They seem like they are very good quality and the color of the light was perfect, not to blue or yellow. I also want to mention the amount of energy that will be saved by using led! I am very happy with these lights and will buy them again. Highly recommended

Damaged at Arrival
Seven of the 28 LED tubes were damaged. I was extremely disappointed by this. It is unclear if the damage occurred at the factory or at the shipper. The aluminum frames have dents and this will affect the mounting. I am unlikely to order these products again.

Great first impression, poor long term durability
After an easy install these lights are great at first impression. However using them for only about 3 months now they are failing. They begin by losing single LEDs in the strip, followed by half of the tube going out and finally the entire bulb going out with less than 100 hours of use. With a light that is supposed to save money in the long run, it's turned out to be an expensive venture replacing an entire shops worth of lights bulbs. I ordered a box of 25 and every single bulb has had the same result.
