Obviously this is meant to be a home version of what's called Warm Sculpt that's offered in a spa. And while this is a lower powered machine, if you use it every 3 days or every 6 days you will eventually see a reduction of fat. It's vital that you use a conductor gel for this to be effective. Follow the instructions that show how to use it and for how long per session. Again since this is a weaker version of what's in the spa you have to stay consistent. And as always this isn't a replacement for exercise. This works perfect if you have a little bit of fat here and there. If you're overweight you're going to be disappointed. I paid $500 for warm sculpt on my belly and I didn't want to keep paying that much procession so I bought this. And I'm using this every 6 days versus 3 so I can allow detox of the fat cells. And I've used this on my belly three times and am now just seeing a reduction of the surface of my belly by half an inch. I've been using it on my inner thighs but I've only done that twice so I feel like the third session is sort of where you begin to see results.

I took a chance on the Airblasters Cavitation Machine although many reviews were not favorable. The device I purchased stopped working after one use… it turns on & hums, however, it doesn’t heat up nor does it react to the ultrasound transmission gel. I will return this device.

I have tried so many at home treatments like coolsculpting, the fat iron, vibrosculpt you name it I’ve tried it. This actually works and I’ve started to see results in my inner thighs. You have to eat clean and drink lots of water in order to see any results. For the price you can’t beat it this is definitely effective and more affordable than paying the spa.

Used it about 4 times so far and no bad reactions. Easy to use and looks like it’s working already. Satisfied customer here

Again, I was drawn into the quick fix web of lies. I've used this exactly as directed and it has done absolutely nothing. I've been dieting and exercising as well. I thought this might help contour a bit. Nothing. Of course you have to use it for a mater of weeks to see if it will work and by the time you realize you've been had, it's too late to return. Another lesson learned.

After doing a consult at a medi spa where they told me each cavitation session was $300 and I would need at least 6 sessions, buying this was a no brainerI am really pleased with my results. I am a size 6 with stubborn belly fatI have used this machine 3 times on my abs and sides and see a noticeable difference. My picture shows before and after. You're not going to have flat abs overnight. But I am excited to do 3-5 more sessions and see the end results.Worked out of the box and very easy to use with gel.Will update later. So far 5 stars

Have only used it a handful of times but it definitely helps my fibromyalgia and I can already see a difference.
