Best dry yeast for neipas
Like it better than verdant and even WLP 66. Has a 36 hour ish lag time so relax if it doesn’t start fermenting immediately.

My go to for ciders.
Ferments very fast. Almost overnight as I saw no bubbling. After a week I tested the batch and YUP there was alcohol. Completely dry after 2 weeks. Bottle conditioned in 3 days. Recipe was 1 gal apple juice, I quart tart cherry juice. Back sweetened with frozen concentrated apple raspberry juice (store out of regular apple!). Best cider batch I ever made. I think the raspberry overpowers the cherry flavor, but the tartness was there. Will buy again. I was afraid the tart cherry would make the mist too acidic. This yeast held up.It is expensive, but I only used .25 packet for 1.25 gallons. I probably could have used less. Have used after I closed package and refer overacted to no detriment.

I was sent expired yeast
I bought these both in October and they expired in September. I now have to send them back and find something else.

Started slower than expected
No activity for the first 24 hrs, but after 36 got some activity and now it is going strong at 48 hrs. Will try to remember to update when I get the final results.

Decent yeast....but overpriced
Overpriced for a dry yeast. N.E. IPA came out nice though.

Rough go
A bit of a rough go, my first pack was damaged as it arrived wet and the second had dead yeast that didn’t fermentIt’s probably a good yeast if you get a good pack. Which I didnt

DOA as well
Brewed and pitched yeast yesterday, 24 hours later there is zero activity. Had to pitch S-05 on it to save my beer. Wasted $22 (for 10 gallons split into 2 carboys).

Yeast was DOA
I do not recommend. This yeast was DOA. I had to throw in some US 05 to get fermentation going. Vendor must not be temp controlling the yeast.
