Just want to document that the majority of the pages in the first five chapters are loose, pages are all there though so I’m not complaining, all I need is the information on the page. I just don’t want to be blamed as responsible when I return the book, thanks!

I think most people see policy as an inherently boring subject but this book is a good read and keeps me interested. I don't see that very often in textbooks so I appreciate it! Lightweight and nice layout and font size. I might keep the rental!

I had to use this book for the final course in my RN-to-BSN program. I found it to be very well-written and informative - one of the better texts I've had to use.

Overall a decent text book. Yes it does lean to the left politically but does provide comprehensive coverage of the topics presented and as far as the book itself I have no problems with it. Required for my class easy reading that's about all you can ask. Kindle version. One star off for being clearly biased politically

It was exactly what I needed for my Ohio University RN-BSN online program for the NRSE 4600 Nursing Excellence course. Used as a reference for all discussion posts and papers, if you want a cheaper method of paying for your text for the NRSE 4600 course, this is it.

Pages have little to no markings, but a lot have come loose from the binding. All pages there as far as a know at this point. Decided to rent rather than buy and am hoping that this does not come back on me, as it arrived like this today.

Had to buy this for school. I am SHOCKED at the number of errors. The first unit has nursing misspelled the entire unit as "Nurshing". Chapter 2 has numerous grammatical errors and the historical vignette keeps changing tenses. Chapter 3 misspelled policy as "polcy". Those are the chapters that I have read thus far. I cannot believe that this made it through editing, much less being the seventh edition.

Wife bought for college courses she is taking. Was cheaper than buying in the college town we live in.
