Very Poor Quality
We've bought Oral-B floss heads several times through Amazon and have always been pleased with them. The first two from this latest batch, however, were terrible. The small plastic flossing blades broke off in the mouth after one or two brushings, either to be spat out or swallowed, while the heads themselves were a loose fit on the brush and tended to fly off in use. We consigned the remaining two, unused, to the bin. The packaging and heads appeared genuine, but the product certainly wasn't up to Oral-B's usual standard.
