i love this pillow. high quality and my ear feels great.

I love its bulk which supports the lower back. I love its invitingly peculiar shape and colorful fabric. Fun to use, fun to look at!

When the pillow arrived I unzipped and noticed a lot of hulls had spilled out of the inner case and it was also all over the shipping bag. I asked the seller if it was a defect and initially asked if I could return the item. They assured me it was likely due to customs checking the contents of the pillow - makes sense. I think there was some misunderstanding due to language barrier, but they only partially refunded me. The seller mistakenly thought I was keeping the item and then offered me a full refund. I decided I would just keep the item and told them I didn't need a refund anymore, but they had already processed it and they also told me to just keep/discard the pillow. I wanted to send them back the pillow, but I understand the shipping would not have made it worth it. So, in terms of customer service the seller was very responsive and I really appreciated that they were willing to give me a refund. 5 stars for customer service.The pillow, on the other hand, is ok. I did sleep on it for a few nights but it;s just so small. I think I would have enjoyed it more and really gotten the benefits of a buckwheat hull pillow if it was a little higher and just larger, because I turn a lot when I sleep. It was so flat and I am a side sleeper so I still had the issues of neck and shoulder pain. Surprisingly the little ear holes do work in relieving soreness from smushing your ears on the pillow. So now the pillow is just there. I think I'll probably end up discarding it. Overall, the pillow doesn't do much for my sleep and can definitely be improved upon.

Amazing! I love sleeping on this pillow, it's so comfortable. I use it with my silk pillow case.
