ZebcoFishing Ready Tackle Spinning Combo

The reel and pole are solid enough. It's not like anyone should expect a tournament combo for under $50.00. I like this set up as a basic utility rig to take on vacation twice a year. If it gets broken or stolen it won't be the worst loss ever and I can get a new one shipped in two days. The shipping needs attention though. They package a two piece rod assembled into one piece, yeah a seven foot box shows up. This one came basically undamaged but the screw that holds the crank on worked loose and had fallen off. I found it in the craft paper wrap. Now I'm lucky that it didn't fall out of the badly beaten box that was barely holding together. If you're realistic about what you're paying for you'll love this combo.

Would be nice if we received the top half of the pole. We were ready to set the rod up in preparation for our trip and noticed that the top half was missing. The zip ties were around the bottom half with the tackle box and it looks like the top portion was completely left out. The box it arrived in was also damaged so perhaps it slipped out.

Very nicely matched rod and reel. Zebco did a great job and i would defenitley buy again.

This is a very strong/affordable rod and it comes pre-spooled with cajun line! It also comes with some leaders that are SUPER strong, unfortunately I lost one of them. :(BE SURE to take around 15 to 20 feet of line off before you use it, they put a bit more than you need, so you will get tangled up!
