One person 1hr 20mins to build. Great quality and easy instructions. Very, very happy with this purchase. Got the cover too which fits perfectly and looks great.

Amazing BBQ and amazing customer service. Part of the bottom rack arrived slightly dented. The BBQ still fit together no problem and worked fine, but the company offered to either replace it or give me a complementary pizza stone (we went with the pizza stone).The BBQ is very easy and straightforward to assemble and looks lovely.Overall, extremely happy with our purchase!

Took a few hours to build, but the process was straightforward. One small part wasn’t mentioned in the instructions, but it was easy to figure out. Feels sturdy once assembled. The cooking area is a good size.

Bought to replace an ancient big barbeque that was slowly returning to Iron Oxide.Fairly easy to assemble, but I did have a bit of problem connecting up the variable height lever. I actually ended up disconnecting the fixed bit of the bracket (one of the first things fitted in the instructions), assembling the lifter, and then re-attaching the fixed bracket. But I am a lot less dexterous than I used to be, and may have been able to fit the bins if a little more flexible.The design seems to work reasonably, and the idea of lining the coal tray with aluminium file is great. We now also line the ash tray making the whole cleaning process very simple.We did take a little time to get the heat we required, as the coals (we use Briquettes) don't get as good air flow as our old rack based system. However this does mean the the coals last a lot longer. Closing the lid, and opening the air vents seem to work well for us.Strongly recommend buying the cover as well as the BBQ as this makes a very neat package when not in use.

Delivered the next day. We're totally novices at bbq's, but we wanted a decent bbq, which I believe this bbq is. Kinda tricky putting it together, my advice is take your time, do it in good day light or good lighting, as an error cost you dearly, which happened to us. The side panels by the legs are extremely important. You put them on the r wrong sides.......we did, which meant dismantling the whole thing again. In total it took 3 hour's , plus the extra hour to rebuild & switch the side panels round. The bbq cooked our food so well, very impressive. We had over 40 people. My nephew who loves cooking on bbq's said this is one of the best bbq's his used. Cleaning is easy. Although we thought it was a little expensive. Overall definitely would recommend

Fantastic assembly instructions. All nuts and bolts in a pop out labelled pack that matched the diagrams.It is not a heavy duty thick steel £1-2000 pound bbq but it is a well thought out solid bbq for the price. I am super pleased with it and delighted with the results so far. One thing that could be improved is the temperature gauge, it is not super accurate but then this is a common comment about most bbq with a thermometer built in. Serious cookers all have their own separate meat ones.I would recommend it. The key bits are solid and overall it is a joy to use.
