e.l.f. Waterproof Eyeliner Pen, Coffee, 0.05 Ounce

I didn’t expect much from a $3 eyeliner, but this reminds me of a Milani eyeliner pen that I used to have years ago & loved just as much! No smudge or running!

I love this eyeliner and the price is amazing. It stays on without any problems and goes on smoothly

Dries quickly and has a pretty even coat. It lasts me an 8 hour school day, but looks just a bit faded. I would recommend to someone who wants a quick wing and doesn’t do anything too laborious during their day.

I am happy with the application and long lasting color, however I have purchased the color coffee four times and each time, the color is different this last time, it was so black that I wasn't able to use it. I actually thought that I was sent the wrong color by mistake but the label does say coffee. I bought a few of them at the same time and just opened the last of them but can't return or exchange it because the return date has past. I guess I will have to give it away

Easy to apply liquid eyeliner. I love the tip on the elf liquid eyeliner! I also love that it stays on all day.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Not good. It didn’t work at first so I tilted down for a day thinking the color would seep into the brush top. No. I added a drop of water and it started but was this horrible bright orange color. Old maybe? Disappointed. Eyeliner quality:Terrible

Just as good as name brand & lasts forever. Felt tip holds up well.
