Coleman 21 Insta-Clip Wire Tab Sock Mantles - 8 Pack

Worked as expected, which is basically the same as traditional mantels with strings. I guess I thought these would be simpler to attach but I think I prefer the strings because you can get them tighter at the tie. The wires were also kinda long and while I didn’t snip them I would have liked to... which is something you do with the string closure mantels so again, I think I will buy the string closure style in the future.

These are Probably the cheapest Coleman mantles out there and they last long enough for me! I don’t use it everyday but I use it enough. I’m a farmer in a really rural area and lose power quite often and I use it go to get the generator hooked up, we take lanterns camping with us and are our main light source outside the camper and I’ve never had a prob using these. Sure a change them out a little more often, and you can’t bang the lanterns around as much as the other model mantels but my theory is you shouldn’t be bouncing around a piece of glass with A fuel fire inside it anyway.

These mantles from Coleman are the easiest to install I've ever used! No more trying to tie the little strings around the gas tube just squeeze to open and slide it on then release! Coleman makes the best outdoor products I've ever used and always keeps the camper, hiker, and other outdoor enthusiasts in mind!

These are a big improvement over the ones with strings that have to be tied. The 8-pack was a good value as well.

It works as advertised, but wish it was a little larger for the bulb so that it could be brighter

Attached the mantles and within a day one of them disintegrated! Will see how the others last...
