The suction on this mirror is far better than the last two I had (both of which came shattering down after a while). However, if you are buying this for the light feature, I do not recommend it. The lighting is so minimal that it really doesn’t help at all when you try to out on makeup.

Update!!!I purchased 2, as I opened the mirrors, it looked like they needed to be cleaned…. Nope! They appeared to be extremely scratched! As I re-ordered replacements….I don’t know what made me think to look…there was a plastic cover over the mirror which made it look scratched and I was able to take that off. It took a little bit of digging…happy to day…. The mirrors are NOT scratched!

The suction is great! I take it down once-a-week and clean the glass where it's suctioned. The flexible gooseneck is great, too. However, twisting and turning the gooseneck can unscrew the mirror from the gooseneck. Just retighten it. The 10x mirror is great! I just had cataract surgery so was unsure of how much magnification I needed to apply make-up. The only drawback is the lighting around the perimeter. The lights automatically dim to no light. Have to turn it off for several minutes and turn back on for full light again, that lasts two minutes. Fortunately, I don't need the lights. I did use it in a car once. It was easy to suction to a side window and adjust the mirror so I could apply make-up. Overall, I recommend this mirror, just not the lighted part.

We have been using a corded 10x magnifying mirror that finally kicked the bucket from the power switch wearing out and needed a new one. I wanted its replacement to be LED, glass, 10x magnifying, and large enough to see entire face without distortion. This one checked all the boxes and also had a suction mount which I though would be really cool to free up counter space and it had the on/off on the mirror itself like a touchscreen! On the back of the mirror is a cover that hides where 4 AAA batteries go. We use the Amazon Basic rechargeables and had just enough for the mirror (ordering more batteries after this, lol) I timed how long the lights would stay on continuously and it is somewhere around 9 hours. A duration that is more than enough for my beautiful wife to do her makeup. If you are mounting your mirror like I did on the bathroom mirror, I recommend putting a large towel or something soft like a blanket, underneath it just in case it falls off. I have read a few other reviewers only issue was that happening and causing the mirror to shatter. Nobody needs 7 years of bad luck ;) Also, you can clean it with Windex and not have any issues with permanent fogging. Just make sure you use a clean, lint free cloth, quality paper towel, or microfiber. Recommend and 2 thumbs wayyyy up!Please click "helpful" so I can see if my reviews content assist you. I've ordered many of these magnifying mirrors for myself, family and friends.Most of us have limited to no counter spaces.Suction works very well...if applying to cold spaces, just warm up the suction on the base by rubbing against your long sleeve tshirt or long pants...works perfectly!

Brightness is good.... With fresh batteries. It takes 4 AA batteries, and if you use it everyday you'll be changing batteries once a month. I've had mine for two years and the lights have died.

This is so handy and the suction is great. It has fallen a couple of times but now I just wipe over it quickly to make sure there’s no dust because it stays on my side vanity and may get dust occasionally and it stays on tightly. You have to use the centre of the mirror but I used to it now and the magnification is great. Definitely recommend this mirror

Es bueno, solo que viene con pilas y se gastan un buen, así que le pongo recargable pero aun así no dura mucho, el primer día se le despegó el espejo, la calidad no es buena pero me sirve por el aumento
