Da ja mittlerweile bekannt ist, dass tägliche VitaminD-Dosen wirksamer sind, als zwei Mal monatlich hohe Dosen, bin ich schon mal sehr zufrieden.Das Präparat ist kein Isoflavonoid, hat einen neutralen Geschmack und hat bei mir schon nach 10-14 Tagen Wirksamkeit gezeigt.Es begann bei mir. Ist Hitzeschüben an den Waden, die über den ganzen Körper flogen, als wenn ich angezündet worden bin. Nach etwa einer Woche dachte „na…kommt da was?!“ - nach 14 Tagen. Kochst mehr. Ich fühle mich aufgeräumt, ruhiger, schlafe besser und habe keine Hitzewallungen mehr. Was will ich mehr? Für mich ein geniales Präparat und längst überfällig gewesen.
