Its a bit flimsy but it seemed like it would do the job. The problem is that since the little legs are so thin, I felt like I had to sink them in the ground a good few inches for stability. By the time my peonies were full size, it just wasn't tall enough to properly support them. Granted, they're well established, big plants so if you had newer, smaller plants this might be fine but it just didn't really do the job for me. Oh well, guess I'm going to have to try something else next year.

*David's daughter* I purchased this cage to help support my peonies and it works great, but the legs are a bit flimsy. As long as you hold the leg a couple inches away from the ground as you put it in, you should be good!

Wow. Such a simple product that works well and is reasonably priced for its build and function. I am using these with peonies. Easy to place, as long as you set up the rings before the plants get too tall. Supports each plant s desired. A great improvement over last year, when my plants just fell over and, frankly, they were a mess. I will definitely buy these again for new plants.

These are great. I use them for my Peonies and Dahlias. It gets very windy sometimes in my garden.These prevent the plants from falling over with broken stems. Don't put them too far into the soil.A little tall id better.

I have used these grow through supports for a few years now. They keep my garden looking good through the growing season and keep my taller flowers from flopping as they get taller and when it rains. I will be buying more soon

Works like I thought it should; peonies are in full bloom and, for the most part, staying supported.

If you have rocky soil these are not for you. Legs are very flimsy making pushing them in the ground difficult. Also, one of the supports arrived with 3 legs and the other had 4. Four is much better for even support!

We bought 8 of these, and with shipping it was less than $30, a great deal. These were $7 apiece at our local garden center. I wouldn't get anything smaller, 16" seems to be the right size. Another reason we use these is to protect growing plants from our dogs running around them, works great.
