what is this tea good for?

It's yerba mate, so it's not specifically tea since it doesn't come from a tea leaf. It's commonly consumed in Central and South America (although is not unique to those regions). It has caffeine, but less than a cup of coffee and more than tea. It is a very earthy, hearty flavor. It's good for drinking cold or hot, if you like the taste. In SA it is frequently drunk cold, mixed with milk and/or other sweeteners OR hot. It's often shared with friends. But man, it's just a beverage. It's good for drinking, if you like the taste. :)

Great tea, the flavor was great since prefer more flowery and sweet tea, this is moor robust. Great for coffee drinkers that are switching to tea.
