Did not even last a day. Currently puts out 0.2 volts instead of 3.

Perfect for what I needed it for...to step down 12V from the end of a strip of LEDs to 3V needed for a small LED spotlight.The leads were clearly marked on the body. Not really plug and play since there are no plugs :) , but I figure if you know enough to know you need this than you probably know enough to know how to use it.

Used these to reduce 12v to 3v to power my garage door openers that I wired into my vehicle. I ordered 3 of them and they all work so far.

Little dude works great. It is currently running some LED lights on my lawn tractor. Positioned IN the motor bay. So it gets hot, shaken, dusty, and all that (but stays dry). Continues to work great!

I purchased it to eliminate the need for D cell batteries on the EZ Tankless water heater. I put it in a plastic outlet box and it works great.

No output at the 3volt side
