Waste of time
The "outside diameter is NOT is not 1" as answered in one of the questions. The actual outside thread is almost 1-1/4 inches The description should specify this accurately. Had to order a another one, this time I ordered 3/4x3/4 to compare, maybe they need to specify outside vs. Inside diameter. Waste of time. The barb is a little too big for 1" hose also. The engineering department needs to redesign their schematics .
