Just like OE… sorta
Just as picture on advertisement states, one of the holes does not line up. One hole per side though so that’s really all you need! Works perfect!

Not a 100% perfect fit for 2007 Civic but very close and I made it work
Our 2007 Civic's cruise power button wasn't staying depressed so I bought this. Zero instructions came with the kit, but I did find a few very good videos online (YT) that helped walk me through the process of safely removing the airbag. While the switches appear to copy the original well in look and finish, it turns out two of the support screws on each side weren't in the same spot as the steering wheel mounting holes. I first tried to install with just the other half mounted, but the switch was able to be pushed "through" the steering wheel without those two screws holding it in from the back. I couldn't find a way to secure them and even tried to combine the new switch component with the OEM switch housing but the internal design was different. In the end I gave the plastics a light coating of dielectric grease and then imbedded the switch with black silicon sealant (from the back). After letting it cure I tested it and determined it held the switch well and the dielectric grease allows me to easily remove it as the silicone didn't stick to the steering wheel. Sort of like creating a new pocket for it to be held tightly too. Overall I'm happy now with the operational cruise control and from all outward appearances the switches look exactly the same as the OEM ones. But I sure wish that all of the mounting locations would've been the same.

perfect fit for 2006 civic si
This fits perfectly for 2006-2011 civic si with the trispoke wheel. if you have a non si or have a 2 spoke wheel, the other reviews are correct that it uses a similar but different part. This was a fairly easy install assuming you have a steering wheel puller (you can borrow for free from Autozone). Took be about 2 hours as I was figuring things out but if i had to do it again I could have done it in 30 minutes.Solved my cruise control issue!

Not a direct replacement for 36770-SNA-A12
This product did not fit my 2006 Honda Civic Sedan. The lower tabs on the switches do not align with the screw holes on the plastic mount. The correct part is located here >> https://amzn.to/2PLxylm But I thought I could save a hundred dollars buying this part instead. Well, lesson learned.

Did not fit my 2008 Honda Civic 4 door EX (5AT)
These switches are made for more than one vehicle model. The part I received did not match to my particular vehicle (4 door EX 2008 Honda Civic with 5 speed Automatic Transmission). The switch has two screws per side (of the steering wheel), but one of the screws on each side did not line up with the mating hole (see photos attached). It was probably made for a different model vehicle. The seller offered a couple solutions / discounts, but I ultimately decided to return the part for a refund. The seller agreed & refunded me. Had to find another posting from a different seller where the photos showed the screw holes matching that aligned up with my switch . Unfortunately, I had to put the steering wheel assembly back together using my old switch until the new one arrives.
