I love the auction of my Ameda Mya pump. These wide mouth bottles are so easy to clean compared to other types. I just with the screw fastening you the flange was a little more secure; it’s is very loose and have kicked it loose enough to spill milk through the threads.

Made of hard plastic unlike some other brands with the silicon, so no leaks when traveling and bottle bag gets tossed around. Easy twist on caps that fit the ameda pump bottles well.

Looks identical to the original.

I saw that some people were saying this isnt for the ameda pump because they're wide mouth bottles. You're right. They're not for the normal ameda pump. They're for the Ameda MYA pump. The MYA pump comes with wide mouth bottles. Just saying.

Products as expected but would it kill them to give extra lids?

The Ameda Mya is the second Ameda pump I have used. While I am a fan of the brand and am excited to see the Mya pump so tiny, portable, and usable without being plugged into the wall, I am so disappointed with these lids!Everyday I screw the lids tightly and everyday when I get home I find breast milk which has leaked out in to the cooler. It is not a ton, but it is enough for me to feel frustrated with the fact that the milk I take time to pump ends up partially in my cooler.On one occasion, due to my error as a sleep-deprived mom, I put a lid on with the disc that goes on the top in the wrong direction. The bump was facing up as opposed to the line facing up. Definitely my fault, but it meant that the entire bottle was lost because there was no seal whatsoever created, as opposed to a partially sealed bottle.My question is why is Ameda unable or unwilling to make a lid that is one piece? I would imagine that there would be a better seal and there would not be the chance for the disc to be put on incorrectly, and therefore for breast milk to leak.Seeing as how expensive pumps are, I don't plan on getting another one, and I will just have to make do.

The mL markings are way off from actual volume. Don’t try to go by them if you want an accurate idea of your production.

Full disclaimer, I did not actually use the product. Although, I was hesitant on buying because it seemed so pricey (30 dollars for bottles and cap) but ultimately thought I would need more than the one set that came with the pump. Fortunately before opening the package I learned that the Ameda Mya breast pump is compatible with the Avent bottles. Instead I bought a four pack of Avent bottles for the exact same price. This was a much better value and also you don't have to transfer the milk. I hope this is helpful!
