CRYSTAL365: Crystals for Everyday Life and Your Guide to Health, Wealth, and Balance

Photos added of how the book is laid out. Hopefully it helps with my review.I was so excited to get my hands on this book. The author is knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed because I thought there would be more information having all those pages. As I thought about it, I changed my two star to a 4.5. It is my disappointment not to have all information in one place and my OCD. So your opinion might be different.Pros:The first few pages contains a quick table of contents so you can easily skim to where you want to go. Such a plus! In the beginning sections there are 4 pages dedicated to each crystal. Three pages for information and one dedicated for a photo.The author doesn’t go into great depth about the properties of each crystal, my only guess would be that information be easily found on the internet. Everyone working with crystals knows there are many different properties and uses for each individual one, so it can be overwhelming to pick just one from hundreds to use for a specific purpose, even using intuition. And this book is a guide, not for identification.The author uses her insight and knowledge to give you a distinct use for what each crystal can be used for. Hence the 365 title.Example: sunstone was described to spice up your sex life. That’s not a stone I would have immediately thought of, yes it’s a sacral chakra stone, but from top of my head, that’s not something I would think of, but it would work perfectly. She gives that extra insight to broaden how to use specific crystals. My knowledge was limited to rose quartz, orange carnelian, smoky quartz or garnet (a few more but you get the idea). When I think about sunstone I think about power and confidence. If your intent is to use that for bedroom purposes, it’s brilliant. Who couldn’t use a little more confidence in the bedroom!!!She goes on and gives a little paragraph of the history and lore for each crystal which I don’t find necessary. (In my con section).The photos in the book are beyond gorgeous. You can see the dedication that was put in this and I would keep it just for the photos.After the crystal guide description section in the book, it goes on to describe 30 crystal combination uses. Example: dealing with change, depression, cultivating happiness, stress, wealth, spiritual practice, beauty, love, anger, fear, removing obstacles, communication getting focus and grounded, protection etc.This book also has an index so you can easily look up anything you want.Cons:My major con is that even though I do like the crystal guides, I just wish she could have added more uses than just one example of what “she suggested” of how to use each crystal. I would have liked to cut out the history and lore section to make room to add more suggestions to use each of crystals, since each crystal has multiple uses. It would have been so helpful to have just one book that has everything you need than still looking for more information or constantly searching the Internet. I might just add notes inside as something that can help me remember what I can use each crystal for than just the one suggestion she has described.Maybe my hopes were too high, I was just expecting this to be my Holy Grail book. It can be, just with added notes lol.My other con maybe due to my OCD, but in the crystal combination section, there are photos of each crystal needed with a brief explanation of each one used in the combination. The problem is the photos of the crystals because they are cut in half, cut off in each block. I’ll add a photo (photo 10 &22) . It doesn’t look like the rest of the book with all those pretty photos. It was as if it was not properly planned out or edited correctly. This annoying layout is only found in the 30 crystal combination section.This error doesn’t deserve to dock a whole star because this book, as a whole, is refreshingly different from the normality of all the other crystal books out there. The font is easy to read, it’s easily laid out to use, it is a guide to use many different crystals with 30 different combinations. It just seems like so much was put in this that I wonder what happened. It seems like a editorial error, not the authors.Well that’s my opinion in a long nutshell. I hope you found that helpful, aside from my OCD rant! ;)

It is thoughtfully laid out. Concise ... simple and elegant. Truly user-friendly. Chock full of useful information and practical tips. A perfect followup to Crystal Muse. I have been interested in crystals and have purchased them for several years. I have purchased other crystal books in the past that still just sit on the floor at the back of my closet. It was not until recently when I learned of Energy Muse that I really was able to learn more about crystals & the importance of taking the time to work with them. This book is filled with so much good information! It is a beautiful book and an INTERESTING easy read. It is a must for anyone wanting to learn more about crystals. After reading the blog on the Energy Muse website and learning so much from following them on social media, I am incredibly thankful to Heather Askinosie for teaching the how to and why's & sharing with everyday people so much information she has learned throughout the years. She is like the goddess of crystals & I welcome every and any opportunity to learn more from her!! Heather to you - Thank you thank you thank you for your time and all the information you share!

Giving this two stars so that others know that the book does not come with the crystals. It is very confusing. I saw a celebrity promote this book on her instagram and she got the crystals. The description for this book on Amazon also mentions the 52 crystals, making it sound like they come with the purchase. I admit I thought this was a great deal considering how some of these crystals are expensive. But I was mislead and disappointed when I opened my purchase. The book however is beautiful.

Whether you're new to crystals or have been working with them for years, this book will help you discover new and exciting ways to create a deeper connection with your crystals and to make positive changes in your life. Upon receiving my copy of Crystal365, I immediately began incorporating Heather's techniques into my daily routine -- with great improvement in my day-to-day affairs. The section on sleep and stress have been especially helpful to me and began working right away. Heather is extremely knowledgeable and the book is filled with excellent ideas and suggestions to help improve areas in your life. The meditations are quickly working wonders for me! The book is hardcover and is a great size, the photos are brilliant and the explanation of crystal lore and how crystals can work in tandem with your goals for improvement in many areas of life are excellent and very well written. I'm a huge fan of the book and very happy with my purchase!

Admittedly, I fully expected to love this book, as I love the authors writing style and ability to share information. Yet I pleasantly surprised with the user-friendly format I can follow and the incredible photography. Chock full of “Not your standard re-hashed information,” with what feels like true intent of education and effective knowledge I can harness. Ethically sound folk write the best books.

I love love love this book and how the author breaks down each crystal by giving a description and history as well as instructions on exactly how to use each one depending on what your intention is. This is exactly what I have been looking for. This is definitely a book I have and will continue to recommend to my friends and family. Very happy with this purchase. Thank you Heather Askinose!

I love this book. I have another book that Heather wrote and i absolutely love both of them. Am not a crystal expert but i am learning and thanks to Heather has made the books simple to follow and explains about each crystal and what benefits you can achieve from them. Am so pleased that i purchased her books and for her to share her knowledge with us so that we too can benefit from them. I strongly recommend people to buy this , not only is it beautifully written but you can learn a lot and achieve .

Delighted with this book, gives me exactly everything I wanted to know about individual crystals and particularly helpful is the section on crystal combinations. Nicely written with gorgeous photos
