Works like magic on my foot, I have a terrible, stubborn knot that is rock hard and rubbing with my own fingers just doesn't cut it, I can't possibly rub that hard. This hits the spot every time. I also use it on my girlfriend's neck, she loves it.

I had trigger thumb and used this to massage the knots. I also did hand exercises, and used a quartz ball to massage the knots at the base of my thumb. I'm finally pain free, and I can use my thumb without it clicking. I still use this when I feel the knot coming back.

Pros- This works great. It actually hits all the spot intended. Feel like my knuckles. I like the metal rolling coz its quite cooling on skin. Heavier than I expected. Long handle gives sturdy grip.Con - look can give others some weird ideas. 🤮😆
