i was worried about the quality because this was the cheapest anise oil per weight i could find, the other ones were more like tester size & they gave me free shipping even though it wasn't amazon item, i always appreciate that.so far i am satisfied, my only sadness is the smell doesn't last long on me, but usually when i wear oils the wearer cant smell it much, but everyone may say its strong, so i guess its just the nose getting use to smell

Have added this product to a spray bottle with water. I spray myself and around the area I'm sitting in. I'm not bothered as much. Although the mosquito sprays you buy are high in chemicals this product is an alternative to not using mosquito sprays. Also works well on plant bugs.

This brand of styrax benzoin has a very mild scent. Unfortunately, I find it too weak to use as a base note for perfume making as its scent evaporates and fades too quickly on the skin. Almost smells like melted candle wax after a few minutes.
