I have always had mixed feelings about supplements and their effectiveness. But I do believe these help my joints and I plan to continue to take them.

I ordered this product because I had been experiencing slight pain and “crunching” in my knees. I would mainly experience this while going up and down my stairs at home.When I came across this product I felt this would be the answer to my “crunchy” knees.I have been taking these for approximately 3.5 weeks. After week 2.5 I realized I was only taking 1 when I was suppose to take 2 a day 🤦🏾‍♀️.Before I realized this error, I had not noticed any difference in the sounds or feel in my knees, which really my main reason for ordering this supplement.Now that I’ve been taking the correct dose for about a week now, I can say there has been a SLIGHT improvement.Another thing I can say is that I had been suffering from low back pain as well. Strangely enough it seems as if my back feels better in the mornings when I get up.Although this product does boast to help with back pain (natural inflammatory responses), I can’t say that my back pain relief has come 100% from using this product as I have also started stretching more.But then again when I think about it 🤔, I don’t feel the stiffness in the mornings either when I first get out of bed. I actually just realized this! I get up and get going like I did 10-15 years ago…wow.So, like I mentioned earlier, I am now taking the correct dosage. I really do think I will start to notice even more positive effects from using this product. In the description it does say it works over time.I will continue to take these supplements. If anything more extraordinary happens, I.e , the crunching in my knees stop, I’ll be sure to update.Overall, I would still recommend this product (even though the price is kind of steep), I do feel that it has helped with morning stiffness as well as my back pain possibly.

I took one of these every evening and after a couple weeks my back and shoulder pain was so much lower than before!!! Since the one bottle lasts me two months the price really isn't that bad to Not have acute pain every day anymore!! I have taken Glucosamine and Chondroitin for years to try and help with my joint issues. The efficacy of these supplements have definitely seemed to wane over the years. I usually don't have good response to supplements that say they help inflammation, pain and joints. So I was skeptical when I tried these. After 2 weeks I started noticing a gradual change. My joints weren't as stiff and I didn't wake up with back pain. I'm able to get up from a chair without moaning about my knees hurting. Another thing I've noticed, is I'm have less muscle cramps. I usually get muscle cramps, not just in my legs, but my hands and stomach too. I still get them but not as often. I'm going to continue to take these in hopes that it helps my back pain that I get after standing for 5 to 10 minutes. If it does that I will be taking these forever.
