First of all , this machine is all plastic, it looks like shiny metal but it is not - sturdy enough but still plastic. The included manual was a joke, just had some text about the included scale but no assembly instructions - had to figure it all out on my own. Once assembled, looked like a decent one, mounting a badminton racket was painless, however when started stringing, the scale/gauge is very inaccurate. I ended up stringing my racket with very high tension which made the racket a bit warped and made it look like the old head style and not the newer isometric style. I ended up returning this item. The seller is a pain to work with, eventually after Amazon intervening 3 times, they refunded the return shipping as well.
