The capsules seem to keep my acne at bay. My face remained the same after switching to this from another pill I was using that got too expensive and less effective. I do not like the liquid that comes with it because it is grainy. Seemed like set up too long and started crystalizing. It may supposed to be like that. Didn't really give directions on how to use liquid. I like that you only supposed to take one pill a day.
