*Update 2021: this was a 2 for 1 deal last year but now looks like you only get one* I have a similar type of journal that I've owned for years and have been looking for years now for similar types of journals and I've finally found it! The pages give off a postcard/scrapbook type feel with the embossed images but the vintage style of the designs and pages are perfect for diary/journaling. Buyers just need to keep in mind that some pages have entire pages or half pages taken up by the designs, which does cut down on the amount of space to write but that's just the style of these journals. Good quality with strong binding and hardcover. I really enjoy the vintage feel of the designs and the thickness of the pages.

I’m not wildly excited about the cover, but it’s pretty and quirky and I like it. But, the inside is phenomenal. The pages are decorated so beautifully. It’s smooth paper, not the kind of card stock you get in some journals that could soak up water, but the quality is good and I can’t say enough about the aesthetics of the pages. For the price, this journal is definitely worth it.

This looks vintage with different types of pages, all great quality writing pages. Some lined, some random artwork. I also doodle, so this is perfect for me using a pencil. Hard cover, durable. I read other reviews, and one or two not so nice. I have no idea what people expected, but to me, it is great! I recommend this as just a book you can always use for anything you feel like writing or drawing.

It's a nice journal, hard cover, not leather, no back pocket (but I make my own, so no biggie there) with gorgeous antique, vintage looking pages-on MOST pages! The pink sticker-looking spot on the cover makes it look newer, NOT VINTAGE! PLUS, on other pages throughout the ENTIRE book are 80's songs (definitely NOT vintage), like on the cover, that isn't vintage as well! Several spots mentioned "graves of households", "siamese twins writhing intertwined"-super weird, & inappropriate in my eyes, plus some pictures are inverted! It would be a TRULY vintage looking book if it wasn't for these things! I had to go throughout the whole book & cover the 80's song & all the inappropriate sayings! I also had to cover the cover up-that pink spot, ugh! But overall, it's a cute book, but definitely NEEDS to be EDITED by someone who KNOWS PROFICIENT English! I would purchase again, just wish they'd take out the corny & not vintage at all song, plus the highly weird sayings! But, she's absolutely perfect for my junk journaling/scrapbooking! I just used my junk journaling supplies, such as stickers & washi tape to cover these up!

This book/journal is a good size. I don’t like the outside cover but you always can put a book cover over it but the pages inside are awesome ❣️. I wanted a vintage look and that’s what I got, I’m Excited to use it thank you

Blown away with the quality of this book for $7.99! Would be a perfect base for a junk journal, diary, scrapbook, photo album and more! Thick, approx 80lb, smooth cardstock pages that are all preprinted with various aged looking designs. Seems to be assembled well and. Very anticipate the book being able to take lots of ‘abuse’ as I write, paint , doodle, stamp, add photos and stickers and color on each page. Would definitely buy this again and most likely will!

I absolutely love this journal! The paper inside is beautiful and it is not cheap paper it’s so nice. I love the sayings on the pages and the pictures. Beautifully designed!

Having this travel diary, definitely made me commit to write a couple pages every single night… But lined pages would be helpful. It’s really pretty inside, but I wish it were somewhat smaller for packing purposes. I’m glad I have it now and will continue to use it on other trips. It would make a really nice gift for anyone who travels leisurely.
