This is a PLASTIC storage shed
Reading some of the reviews prior to my purchase had me SMH. Folks, this is a plastic, snap together storage shed, not a wood or metal building. As long as you keep your expectations according to the fact then you will be satisfied. Having some basic mechanical knowledge and being able to read ahead in the instruction booklet is a must for assembly. I built a very heavy base for the shed out of treated 2x6s and treated decking boards. The floor is not sturdy enough to stand alone unless you put it on concrete. It took me a couple of hours in the August Texas heat to assemble it by myself. The individual pieces are flimsy until you lock them together and mount the shed to the base, then it is actually quite sturdy. Once assembled, I placed it on the north side of my wooden fence to help block it from the wind. So far, it is holding up nicely. A good Texas storm blew through and dropped an inch and a half of rain, and everything inside stayed dry. After reading reviews and seeing multiple plastic sheds, this one seems to be the most sturdy and best value for the money. It is performing exactly as I expected to. Update: tropical storm Nicholas blew through last week. 7 inches of blowing rain and 50+ mph winds and the building is intact and still solid, and everything in it is dry! At this point I am definitely satisfied with my purchase. I only wish I would’ve sprung for the 6x8 shed, as mine is full and I have more stuff to find a place for.

Great little shed
Great shed! Delivery was as promised and it came in perfect condition. Easy to understand directions and everything went together perfectly - I put this together myself with no help. The hardest part was building the foundation. I had to put this in a very tight spot and only had 4-5 inches on either side when complete and because of the tight spot, I couldn't put it together and then slide it in-place. Some reviewers/answers said you needed more space but I went ahead and purchased anyway just cause i'm hard headed and what do you know - I was able to do it. As the video I hope to attach with this review shows, I just slid the shed to one side to work on opposing side's roof screws and then slid the other way for the other side. Once I had it all completed, I screwed the bottom down to my foundation and voila! I ended up forgoing the included shelf mount and purchased some 18" deep metal racks that fit perfectly inside right for storage. Highly recommend if you don't have much room but need to store stuff.

Good extra storage kit.
Package came quickly in one very large box delivered by a couple of large young men in a Penske truck. They must have been hired to deliver less than truck load freight by Amazon. It was around 140 lbs and needed both of them to unload it. The assembly was reasonably easy and took 2 people about 4 hours. Some of the panels were warped and required a little forcing to fit together and i ended up having to use some c-clamps and small pry bars to get things together. Here’s a pro tip - the corner pieces use three large plastic screw assemblies to attach them to the floor and roof. Insert the ones in the corner both top and bottom as a very first step. The securing holes didn’t line up very well and its much easier to do this when its standing free than when your trying to align the panels in their final position. Overall pleased with rigidity and fit. It stayed dry inside the shed in last nights driving rain. I just knocked a star off due to the warped plastic parts issue. It should last 5-10 years if nothing falls in it or hits it. It is plastic after all and the UV rays will ultimately get to it and make it brittle.

DO NOT BUY THIS
Geez how do you start, well the floor was easy to assemble as it is one piece. The instructions are horrible, the pieces do not fit properly nor easily, the piece for the back roof strut was broken. That's as far as I got as I could not assemble anymore since that piece was broken. So I went to Amazon to start a claim, they referred me to call or email Keter directly. So I go to their website, fill in all the information and there is NO PLACE TO CLICK SEND. So I think I messed up and try again, and again, and still no "SEND" button. I guess its automatic because I got a confirmation email saying "Your message is important to us and we will be in touch really soon" 1 day later and still no reply. So next step is to call them, called them went thru the prompts and sat on hold for 12 minutes, finally took option #2 where they are supposed to call you back. 1 hour later still no call back. So I call again, go thru all the prompts and sit on hold for 22 minutes. FINALLY someone who doesn't speak English very well answers and I explain all the problems, she asks for the part number RB3 and tells me "That piece is backordered and is a couple of months before we can replace it". She told me that so fast that I know she didn't even check. I said "How long?!?!" She said maybe 2-3 months. What am I going to do with a 1/2 assembled shed sitting in my back yard while I wait for a replacement piece to maybe come in? I tell her is there nothing else you can do as I don't want to have to return this shed. She said nothing I can do, 2-3 months before the part MAY be available. Okay next step, disassemble the pieces, try to shove it all back into the box and tape it up and sending it back thru Amazon returns. What a waste of 4 hours. DO NOT BUY this as you will regret the purchase. Pieces don't match or snap together very well, one thing for sure (never got to this step but) the screw holes do not line up with each connector pieces. Save your time, money, and aggravation and buy some other brand. Never buying another Keter product due to their lack of customer service and parts availability.

Difficult Assembly -Time Will Tell if It’s a Good Purchase
I struggled on whether to rate the shed as 2 or 3 stars. At $650. It’s a budget friendly storage for those who can’t afford a tuff shed costing $3000 delivered & assembled on site. I consider myself a master of the DIY assembly. I’ve put together everything from furniture, entertainment centers and outdoor sheds metal and resin. I have every tool, bolt & screw to handle a job. I concur with the other reviews that the shed is a challenge to assemble. This resin shed is no different than any other structure where it’s important to start with a level foundation. It’s guaranteed you’ll have problems lining up the walls and roof if the base isn’t flat. So why was the assembly difficult? There were slightly warped pieces. It was difficult to line up and insert the pieces into each other. Quality control is an issue. The basic tools you’ll need to do the job are pliers, Phillips screwdriver, a step stool for working the corners and a 6’ ladder for the roof. I also highly suggest having a rubber mallet to bang pieces into place, a larger bar or trigger clamps to squeeze pieces together in some cases, a 1” thick dowel rod for inserting into the corner holes to assist with lining up the peg screws and a 3” stainless steel flat edge paint scraper with a thin beveled edge. This is invaluable with the insertion of the roof and door pieces and works better than a screwdriver. Having a drill driver and phillips bit will make it go quicker. I also used my own 3” self tapping screws to further attach pieces to ensure they stayed in place for the long run. If you live in a place with strong winds, I suggest anchoring it to the concrete or wood floor. The included floor has holes to screw it down. The assembly took me around 10 hours or two half days of a weekend to finish 100%. It shouldn’t take that long if the pieces lined up. It feels solid enough once I had everything attached to each other and screwed down. The only worry I have is the roof is made up of two panels with a thinner corrugated resin. I feel like a heavy hail storm could do it in. Time will tell. Key questions: Do I regret the purchase? No. For the price it worked well in spite of the difficulties in assembling it. Would I purchase another one? I’m not so sure. I would think of trying a different company.

Nice shed; strudy;easy to assemble
They said that you need 2 people to assemble it. I did it by myself. The instructions are very good. The only tool that I needed that they didn't mention is a Putty Knife. I used a plastic one with a 1-inch blade to help wedge some of the parts into the slots. All the parts fit well - nice and tight. So a plastic bladed knife is very helpful. They suggest a rubber mallet to bang the parts together - I never needed it. All the parts are clearly identified; the larger ones have the part numbers molded in. The smaller ones have stickers that are very easy to remove. One thing I did not like - a few of the parts had paper stickers on them which were apparently added by someone else. KETER, If you are listening, please stop doing this. There are about 3 stickers that won't come off without tearing and they require solvent to remove. (The polypropylene is highly chemical resistant). These were obviously added late in the manufacturing/packaging process, and you should stop. The stickers are not necessary; the instructions were fine without them. About the DESIGN: I am a retired mechanical engineer and I really admire the detail design that went into this product. Very clever the way everything fir together in a manner that channels the rainwater to the outside of the structure. Also, good design of the door locking structure. This is a great product and if I had room, I would buy it again.

Better than expected
I am very pleased with this shed so far. Obviously time will tell how it holds up in the California sun, but I don't foresee any major issues from what I've observed after assembly. The package arrived in perfect condition with no damage to the parts. Everything was well labeled and the instructions were easy to follow. It took two people 2 hours and we did not run into any major snags that weren't quickly rectified. If you have experience with Ikea furniture this should be familiar and easy to follow. You are working with plastic that has the ability to bend and warp out of place, but it can also bend and warp back into place. Once you understand how the seams overlap it becomes obvious how to fit it all together and how you can manipulate it so everything lines up. I am going to cover the floor with a 3/4" stall mat for a little more durability as it feels like it could develop some indentations over time from the yard equipment or other things sitting on it in one place, but that was my plan for any shed that I had planned to purchase to make the floor last longer. It will also be anchored to the concrete slab it's sitting on as we do experience some high winds in my area and I feel that is something to not be ignored with a shed that is this lightweight when empty. Its overall size and physical appearance is fantastic. I'm 6' tall and I do not have to duck when stepping inside, which was a major requirement when I was comparing sheds. It feels spacious inside with the vaulted ceiling and there are no support bars in the way to hit your head on or take up valuable vertical space. I have an EGO brand lawnmower that folds up compactly into a vertical position that sits perfectly into the back right corner along with an EGO line trimmer and its edger attachment. It will also still fit with all four wheels on the ground from the back wall to the doors with the handle collapsed and folded and bag removed. If your mower doesn't have the ability to at least do that you may need a bigger shed depending on what else you want to store in it. I think this is a great shed for the price and I'm pretty sure you will too!

Wouldn't buy again, wouldn't recommend
I bought this for a specific purpose, different from most, and for that it will work, albeit not very satisfactorily. However, I would have returned in any other case. The shed is a very flimsy material, lots of flashing left on the plastic edges and holes, and the cheapness and warped nature of the plastic makes it hard to line up and assemble the parts. I have had other plastic sheds in the past that were much more sturdy and well built, for less price. I recently saw a Suncast that I wish I had seen prior to ordering this, much more well built and cheaper too. That all said, the delivery was beyond perfect. The Amazon delivery folks were not sure if they could turn around at the top of my long driveway, so they parked at the bottom and walked it up with a hand truck, truly above and beyond. Awesome delivery of a sub-par product.
