Well made good looking paper knife. As it's a stocking filler for Christmas, I can't say how long it will last.

I love this. I had a letter opener years ago and I've no idea what happened to it, so after umpteen paper cuts (I occasionally get a bit dry around the nails and cuticles), I decided to get myself another. I'm glad I did. Does the job and looks lovely

The image shows the handle somewhat brown and the colour as 'golden' which is misleading. I picked this one because other options were clearly red. The handle of this one turned out to be red. It's also quite small but I missed the notes about its size.

Was tired of using my fingers to tear open letters and bills. Long time ago I had a plastic device the size of a credit card with a point n cut in it and a tiny not reachable razor was inside. Somehow that went missing n seems no one knows nowadays what I'm talking about... I guess I'm that old.This beautiful letter opener is about 2 ounces of pure stainless steel metal or 65grams to be exact.Decent size length handle & blade as well. Blade isn't sharpened but I would assume it can be if you would like. It's a Serious letter opener, be careful when handling and around others.Really nice feel to it, cuts the mail very nicelyGood value because this will last a lifetime.I would recommend!
