MagBelt - Magnetic Adjustable Belt with Buckle. No Holes. Perfect fit.

Remember those Velcro strap shoes you used to wear as a kid and how it always gave you the perfect fit? This belt has the same concept except it doesn't make large noises and doesn't look tacky when wearing it.Perfect for those who are very busy and want to slip their pants on and go. You don't have to worry about inserting a piece to a specific hole; you just slip on, quick adjust and slap the two magnets together.It gives you the exact fit to your waist, unlike those traditional belts with holes where you have to work with an inch or half a inch of spaceIf you shed a couple of pounds its easy to adjust on the fly while around you waist. If you gain weight though there's some odd tugging when you have it on, so i recommend sliding in adjustable magnet to the end before putting around your pants.If you or those you plan to gift this to have metal implants like a pace maker i do not suggest purchasing this belt due to the powerful magnets involved.My previous belt had tons of wear and tear although sill usable, planning to replace it with this belt after one year of use. Not sure how long this one will last, I will keep you updated if it last under a years time.Overall the most comfortable and easy to adjust belt I owned in my lifetime.

I've had this belt for three weeks, and I liked it a lot. The magnets are strong, the belt is stylish, and it's more comfortable than a leather belt. I was thinking about getting another buckle with the bottle opener on it.This past week, however, the end of the belt started to fray near the end magnet. Now it is hard to pull through the buckle. If it has frayed this much in three weeks I worry how long it will last.If you do get this belt, watch the YouTube video on how to use it, it was very helpful.EDIT: I was contacted immediately after posting this review, and they have offered to replace the belt as it has a 1 year warrant, which I was unaware of. Hopefully it was just a defect.

Update: March 28 2017After almost a month of used, a small portion of the stitching on the strap came off and its literary splitting in two. Function is great but it seems durability is very low! Planning to get one with a different color but I'm afraid it will be the same situation._______________________Could be 5 star unfortunately the wear and tear on the strap is evident within 1 week of use. The edges of the hole on the buckle where the strap is inserted is sharp that it damaged the stitching on the belt. I end up using sand paper on the edges.to avoid more tear on the strap!

I’m pretty disappointed with this product. For the price that it costs it really should last a little bit longer- I’ve used it for less than a year with very little abuse and the magnets within the belt have broken and popped out. I could easily fix this by buying more magnets and sewing the belt shut - which I might do.Furthermore I’m a relatively skinny dude who always has to adjust his belt. This belt really was no different. It did not stay tight enough for even a percentage of the day and the magnets are always sliding on you.I recently also purchased a grip6 belt to try out and I find that although it’s harder to put on it will stay tight - both belts both look great.For the price I’d have to say look elsewhere.

I contributed to this company’s Kickstarter campaign years ago, and the belts I got from the Kickstarter were impeccable quality. They are still in great shape and I wear them daily.However the belt I purchased off of Amazon is of much lower quality. Not sure why they went downhill after seeing some success?The stitching is loose and unraveling, the magzook tag saying “face this label...” is printed on the WRONG end of the belt, and the nylon is fraying.I’m not sure if the company has tried to find cheaper manufacturing, or if they just care less about the product since it’s not new and exciting. But this belt was a huge disappointment after the first two I got have been so fantastic.Hopefully we can see the original worksmanship return with Magzook.Will not be purchasing a fourth belt.

It's been a great belt for the last several months. I've worn it daily and it's done the job. Recently I had a little trouble with it, but I contacted the manufacturer and they were super cool about supporting it and taking care of the issue. The magnet stays put, the belt actually holds pants better than a normal belt because of the infinite adjustability, and it is very discreet. The low profile of the buckle is a nice feature I wasn't expecting but am grateful for.I've had several interactions w/ Magzook staff and they've really gone out of their way to make sure that problems are resolved and they have more than stood behind the product. Can't recommend enough. Seems like a really great group of folks that work hard and make a product they genuinely care about and use themselves.

So far so good. It takes a little to find the perfect spot while first adjusting, but now I just slap it on and go. I've owned the belt for a little over a week and it works exactly as described. The material that the belt itself is made out of was a little stiff at first, but it seems to be "breaking in" nicely. I usually wear similar belts to work (but with a much less clever clasp) and the buckles usually start to wear out within a few months. We'll just have to wait and see if this one holds up to the test of time. I'll update if there are any major changes.

LOVE MagBelt! Our son is lacking the fine motor skills to manage normal belts, zippers or buttons. MagBelt is great for him, as it is simple and easy to use. He has to wear a uniform to school and needs a belt. We tried several other types and nothing worked for him. MagBelt to the rescue. Great quality product and superb customer service with a quick response when we had a question. Highly recommend it for anyone, even people with the dexterity for a normal belt. It would be fantastic for elderly people and especially for parents with children who lack the fine motor skills. Looks good and no wear and tear for the last 6months. Thank you MagBelt.
