Nothing wrong with it I just didn't find it very comfortable :/

Great product and Thalway is a great company. This cushion is a great product overall, and their delivery was faster than I expected. But for my Sciatica, I should have bought the  Thalway Wedge Seat Cushion . After talking with Thalway via email, I found that they were genuinely concerned with resolving my issue. And my hat's off to their representative, Deborah Palmer for her compassion and understanding.I was going to leave four stars because I seldom give fives, but after the excellent customer service they provided, I'm giving them five stars all the way. Thanks!

This product did not help me at all. very uncomfortable. Couldn't use. Still don't.

Seller has emailed me four times requesting feedback. So here goes. I purchased this product on July 23. The valve makes no sense. After less than a month of use, the cushion no longer holds any air. Glad you asked?

Very comfortable use almost deflated, I use a small hand towel to sit on.

It was a gift. The person said it felt comfortable.

Junk, popped the first time I used it (at the seam) I replaced it with one from Walmart which is thicker and works much better and you also get a 90 warranty with it !!

I was only able to use this product twice before it stopped working. I blow it up with air and within 30 seconds it is flat, such a waste of my money...
