Too hard. It may have caused a nasty bout of sciatica.

I needed a donut pillow for my pregnancy hemorrhoids for our long Road trips and when I'm sitting at the office--- This pillow seems to be doing the trick! I've only been using it for a few weeks now, but I don't have any complaints as of yet. I mean it does do what it claims to do, and I'm not a larger person so the seat on it seems fine (5'3" approx 160lbs prego)...but I think if you were a larger person, the seat area would be a bit small. -- it's also light weight to carry and the blue covering and style is inconspicuous so people around don't really know what it is- hence avoiding embarrassment

A bit firm is an understatement. I have set on rocks that were more comfortable. To be fair, it is what it is supposed to be.

I am a young patient dealing with Crohn's disease and have had decades of suffering with pain while sitting. I've only had this pillow a short time and I regret waiting so long to purchase. It's helps me sit with my 2 year old and not feel pain or pressure. It does exactly as promised. Well made and excellent purchase.

Very Hard

Very comfortable and helps me sit up straight. I was worried it might be too soft or too firm but it feels just right.

Bought this for my mother and absolutely loves it and relieves her pain.
