Dragon Tech WD-100 - Z-Wave Plus - Multi-Level Dimmer Switch

These are great. They have a very solid feel and construction. I'm using with Samsung SmartThings, no problem. Controlling via Harmony Hub through SmartThings hub now as well, is reliable though a small delay but that's the Harmony-ST connection, not the switch. Ideally I'd have Lutron Maestro's but they don't make a Z-wave version and Caseta isn't Z-wave, so this is the next best thing. Worth the money and the 3-way aux switch is much cheaper than Cooper's is. My other Z-wave dimmers I have are cooper/eaton RF9540-NAW designer ones and those look nice but do not feel as good and do not dim as smoothly. The design of these is much nicer than both Leviton and GE. I'm a fan and just ordered 5 more to do my entire main floor with.

Just installed one on a circuit with 3 LED pod lights. The lights turn on, off, and dim with no issues! Anyone looking for a switch that will work with led's..... this is it. Heads up: like most z-wave devices you need a neutral (white) wire to operate. No neutral: won't work. Install was straight forward, very well made device.

Works well .. paired without an issue to Smartthings. Yes, requires a neutral if you are wondering

Works great with my my Homeseer 3 HomeTroller Zee S2 system...took a bit of work to connect to the WA-100 aux/3-way switch in my 70's house, but the end result was well worth the effort. I should've purchased more when they were on sale at $29.99! ;-)

Perfect dimmers! Works great with Samsung Smart Thing Hub

While I believe this company is out of business, HomeSeer makes a identical model. I love the LED's off to the side, and the ability to control this via SmartThings. It retains the last used brightness, and doesn't flicker when using my LED's (I've tried low to higher powered bulbs, as well as the incandescent bulbs. They all worked well.

I was very exited about ordering this "Zwave Plus" device but now that I had time to play with itI am less impressed.First off the device does not identify itself as a Zwave Plus device, version 5 chip, but rather asa version 4 chip - baud rate is 40000 instead 100000 . Maybe it switches to some compatibility mode when paired with an aeon lab zstick,but this does not seem right.Secondly, it does not have native scene support as it lack the command classes for scene activation and configuration.

I have a Vera Lite UI5 and this works great.
