Dragon Tech no longer exists
Ok while it worked. However, Dragon Tech Industrial, which makes this product, no longer seems to exist. Their website is down and emailing them at [email protected] results in delivery failure. Seller only provides 30 day warranty, so after that there is no support. Not likely they'll be any firmware updates either.

Works perfectly with Vera Edge (UI7)
Paired with zero problems, which distinguishes this from any other device. Works with compact fluorescents, though they hum when dimming. Module can be manually controlled by pressing the button, which is backlit white when the output is switched off.
