I have been successful at removing both skin tags and some freckles
I was scared it first, but this skin tag repair kit was amazing. I have practiced several times to use it.Then I tried a place on my arm.The spot has now been removed.I purchased this skin tag remover pen because as I've gotten older I have noticed more skin tags and freckles. It comes with different size needles and is rechargeable which I really like. It takes a little getting used to using. I started to get the hang of how it works. It does sting a bit when using it so if you don't tolerate pain well I suggest you purchase a numbing agent. I have been successful at removing both skin tags and some freckles. Would recommend this for anyone wanting to avoid a trip to the dermatologist to remove skin tags or freckles in the comfort of your own home.

Cheap and effective
Item works as advertised. It seems to work as well as the tool used by dermatologist.Dermatologist was really expensive to visit. Removing 2 blemishes at dermatologist costed as much as buying this and can be used a bunch of times. I will say you just need a really good numbing cream. Dermatologist really numbed skin and could not feel a thing but I have not found an over the counter cream that numbs that well. But for the cost of home use vs the cost of going to dermatologist I can deal with a little discomfort. It does take a bit of practice and is better if you can get husband or someone else to do it so you have a steady hand.

This tool removed my skin tag.
This really does work, I used it to remove a skin tag and it came off like magic. I will say that it hurt a little bit, not too much. It feels like little shocks, you have to use it quickly and keep it moving. At first you may not thinking it's working but my skin tag came off and it didn't leave a mark. I haven't yet tried it for anything else but I plan to, so I will update my review when I do.
