Works well but has a mild oily smell.
Used this on a few project so far and it seems to do a good job. Too early to tell about its ability to stick to the surface to prevent rust, or on sliding surfaces to retain its lubricating value. Time will tell.I did find out about the odor though. It seems to dissipate fairly well, but do avoid getting it on your clothing or skin. It's not a really bad odor, but to me it's not too pleasant either.

Good for garage door rollers and track
This product was suggested by our garage door mechanic to use on the rollers and track. Works good and makes the rollers run smooth

I had to apply multiple treatments over several days. Silicone is very light weight and not very oily. Silicone gel worked much better on my windows.

Better than Wd40
Better than Wd40 because it has teflon in it. Teflon causes the product to last longer than other spray based lubricants.
