It floats!
So this bargain price lumo green bubble with waterproof bag thrown in (literally) is easy to inflate, floats nicely and has an easy to use strap to attach it to your waist. The only slight downside is that the strap is not adjustable which would be nice but is not essential. Oh and its got a handy carry handle too. Unfortunately it doesn't do complicated maths problems or make phone calls but can you expect from a plastic bubble.
