Came in late after being refunded but otherwise performing fine. It's quiet when top is closed. Only problem is the space of the rotator with the top cover, it now has a minor superficial scratch as bulky watches may scratch the glass cover if not squeeze in properly but applying too much pressure while squeezing the foam and watch might potentially damage the rotator. Otherwise, item is working good for now. Maybe recommend for the maker to give more space/allowance from top cover for later products.Received an email to return the item upon receiving because it was refunded after coming in late but will be automatically deducted on my card if not returned by Dec. 31, 2019. As of now I will observe the product until the due date and let Amazon deduct it automatically if not returned, then it just means item is highly recommended.

If your watches are over 38mm, they will not fit this. I have several invicta watches, but only the small ones fit this.

Beautifully constructed. The motors run for a while, then shut off to save energy, and they're super silent.If your collection has big watches, don't bother buying. The slots are pretty small.Overall, I'd give this a solid 9.5.

Good value for a four watch winder plus space for other watches and jewelry. Unfortunately, after a little more than a year one of the two motors failed. 18 months in, both motors have failed.

FYI:: It doesnt run constantly. When he first turned it on it turned the watches then turned itself off... He thought it was malfunctioning, NOPE, thats what its supposed to be doing.If your watches are larger than normal be advised, not all large watches fit..I love that it has two parts, one for the watches that wind, and one for normal watches..Absolutely LOVE!! And would buy again, should my husbands watch collection keep growing. Or as a great gift for Christmas!!

The quality and look are acceptable for the price. To take the watches out is a pain because they get stuck every time. It feels like I will pull the whole thing out every time I’m removing a watch from it. The watches are too close to each other so you risk scratching them.It will be great for 40mm watches and under. Just my opinion!

The only complaint would be the size off the 6 watch holders are small. The watches fit a little too tight.
