These knives are great already have the signature xl boning knife now I have the set they feel great in the hand and are excellent quality

I own a bunch high-end pocket knives, but I've never purchased any nice kitchen knives before. For my birthday, I really wanted a nice knife to trim my steaks before I put them on the grill. and this foot the bill. Not only is it really nice to look at, I'm pretty sure it's the sharpest thing in my house. My only critique, is that the finish isn't perfect near the bolster, as if the polisher couldn't reach it. Overall, very good quality.
