Why does the 'other ingredient' include the aureobasidium pullulans mold that is listed as a Class B mold toxin?

Check Wikipedia. Used to control plant diseases, i.e., probably a stabilizer. Penicillin also comes from mold. This is a question for the manufacturer, though.
