Bought this heating pad to sooth my stiff neck and shoulders. It heats up in few seconds. Very easy to use. Great quality and well made. Like the magnetic clasp to keep the wrap close together. Love that the pad is machine washable. Another Great thing is I can use anywhere on my body especially for my abdomen and lower back to reduce cramping. Great buy!!!

I love this heating pad! It fits up nice and snug around my neck and shoulders,, right where I wanted it too , so I could recieve heat to those areas where I carry all my tension! This heating pad does just that! It’s soft and comfy, and love the magnetic closure inside the neck part so it doesn’t slip off my shoulders! It also goes right down my back and provides comforting heat! I would highly recommend this heating pad!

The covering fabric is soft and comfortable. And if you have back or neck pain, it works reasonably well (although I didn't think it was hot enough even at its maximum setting). But I bought it hoping to alleve shoulder pain and the sides aren't long enough to cover the upper part of one's arm. Which frankly I should have realized from looking at the picture: the woman's arms are bare. (My shoulder pain radiates down my upper arms.) Its shape is meant for it to be worn around the shoulders (despite pictures of people using it on other body parts), so while I did try to reposition it over one upper arm, it doesn't stay comfortably in that position.

I've been using the REVIX for about two weeks to relieve neck and shoulder pain. It drapes nicely over my neck and shoulders. The controls are easy to use with multiple heat settings and an auto-off timer. It's very comforting on cold winter nights. Highly recommend.

After sustaining two shoulder surgeries within an eight month period, I needed a heating pad that extended from one shoulder to the other distributing even heat therapy. This heating pad was perfect for my needs. I found it to be extremely comfortable and loved the magnetic closure.

Sometimes heat works better than massaging on the shoulder pain relief, especially after the exposed to the cold air. Even after the pain is gone, it is still a good relaxation to get warmed up with the pad in the winter days, when working on the computer or before sleep. It is important to have the auto shut off function in the later situation. Long time low heat can still burn skin very badly otherwise. Every winter many such cases will be reported on TV or newsletters.

I needed a heating pad for my post shoulder surgery treatment. After using it for more than a month, I can conclude that as much as this looks promising and comfortable to put it on the shoulder, it does not stay hot after few minutes so it does not fulfill my purpose of using it. Not sure if it is designed this way or the one I have is defected. Regardless, I have to return it.

My Mom uses this for her shoulder and neck pain. She gets so much relief and stopped using ibuprofen.
