Hi there, Extremely disappointed! My personal experience was that I tried to download the app onto three different iPhones. iPhone 7 iPhone 6, I even tried my friends iPhone 5s. We finally concluded that the program was completely dysfunctional and return their slider. I then purchased a different model that utilized a conventional handheld programmer. Hello friend, this slider allows 120 degress scanning shooting and follow focus shiooting.

Q: what size ball head mount do I need for this, I have already purchased two of them and I cannot get my camera on the slider?

the screw mount on the slider is 3/8'' screw, if you need to connect to the camera, you need a video head to transfer it, normally camera hole is 1/4''.

Q: Does this have the follow focus feature? Do panorama?

This one do not have follow focus feature, no panorama, if you need such features, please purchase C300S which with the middle pole.
