Only thing I do not like is the on/off switch. Access is hard to use. Other than that, it made the 350 mile journey out of the box on the bats of my FatBoy! Cradling your cell phone takes a little getting used to understanding the mechanics. So, be careful when attaching it or removing it. The security key is a good idea too. I would surely recommend this product.

It holds the phone securely and seemed to be well built. Waiting for snow to how it performs on the trails. If it performs well I will be recommending it to fellow sled riders.Update. Didn't work on the snowmobile because of the cold.

It’s very sturdy and holds my phone well but it doesn’t output enough power to charge the phone.

It is plastic. Not metal. It doesn't quite fit my specific android phone since it isn't a common size. I have been afraid to use it. But in cases of a trip that needs a GPS, I feel as if I can wedge it in and I have tried and it does secure tightly.
