Will these burner replacement tubes work on a weber genesis natural gas?

Not sure I have propane can’t be that much different!

Are the air mixture screws on the burners pre-set??

Yes all three burners were the same and are adjustable !

One picture shows the screen on the inside and another picture shows the screen the outside. Which is it?

It doesn't matter where the screen is. It's just to keep debris out. Be sure to Order the Weber burner. The burner holes on an imitation ones are not drilled right.
