Stainless Steel Water Distiller UK with Glass Jug & Free Carbon Filter & Free Residue Cleaner

This is my 2nd machine. My 1st lasted about 4 years and I use it daily sometimes more.

All works ok so far, a couple of glass jug issues, the water catcher is a little too big, but can remove the rubber base, to lower it, but this one ripped on removal, may have been part ripped already.But so far the best out of 4 other companies.

Great bit of kit, use it at least 3 times a week, for great tasting water

Arrived with broken glass spout. Supplier quickly sent a replacement. Ideal for filtered household drinking water.

Product lasted 9 months before blowing up on me from an internal leak, dripping into the electrics.They dealt with the issue quickly, however, sent me back the same distiller with the same issue. When receiving the 'fixed' item, it was covered in residue and the electric ports soaked in yellow liquid.I told them this and they told me it's still safe to use. Luckily, I'm not a moron, so I refused and asked for a refund due to their sheer negligence. They refused.I opened up the distiller myself and found that the whole metal underneath had eroded and cracked, causing water to leak directly on to the electrics. (The obvious reason for it blowing up).They told me that it was my fault as I did not clean the fan at the top and there was some residue on the top of the distiller.As you can see from the photos, this is not the case, it is quite clearly a crack in the underside. The electrics still smelt burnt and behind the button has actually melted away, that fills me with no hope (not that I had any, anyway).It may not be in stock as I write this, but if it comes back on sale. Do not buy!!!Spend your money on a more reputable and better quality distiller, you will not regret it. I regret my decision for taking a cheaper option.

Excellent product for producing distilled water for use in misting units. Very good quality. Not tasted!!!!

The water distiller failed to re-start after auto shutting off after roughly a week of use. Until that point is was a great product and did remove a lot of contamination from both tap water and bottled water (which I estimate to be about 35% as contaminated as tap).I will by another distiller once my refund has gone through but I will pay more for a better known brand just because it is too inconvenient to be sending items back to Amazon.The Wolfmac came with cleaner for the chamber (I had used my own) and extra carbon filters. I may have just been unlucky so would say give one a try if you want to save money over a premium branded item.Had it not packed up I would have given it 4 stars.

Love this product use it every day. Feel so much better inside feel clean
