Difficult to open compartments and wrong colour.
The individual compartments are difficult to open - and I have no problems with finger grip; not sure an elderly person for example could manage. Also, this was advertised as 'red'. I received - in my opinion - a pale pink version (see photos of the advertised item on top, the one I received below - one with a red pen for colour comparison). When I complained to the seller their response was this: "After checking, the item you received is as the website shows. You can reference the color of our product details. There might some difference between the sreens. If there no quality issue and we did send right parcel to you." This will go in the bin. Disappointing.
