Excellent all round
This is the third headset I've bought and hugely better than the previous two. They are noise cancelling, very comfortable, sturdy and well made and feel good quality. I wanted a headset which meant I could listen at the same time as dictate and this works well for this. Highly recommend as very good piece of kit and excellent value.

Music to my ears, but missing comfort.
I purchased these headphones for the purposes of zoom/skype calls. My over the ear Sony noise cancelling headphones were not up to par according to my colleagues. Enter the unbranded USB headset. I admit, I was very skeptical in the beginning considering that this was an unbranded product. I'm pleased to say that my initial skepticism was misguided. The most impressive function of this headset is the audio quality, it is simply superb! My only gripe with this headset is that they are not especially comfortable if you wear glasses. The headset band presses the cups, and thus your ears, into the frame of your glasses causing sore ears after about 30 minutes of constant use. In contrast, I'm able to wear my Sony headphones for 7+ hours with no comfort issues. The build quality is acceptable, primarily consisting of plastic, the exception being the foam ear pads. For £47 I would expect a more robust build with stronger plastic. Pros: +Excellent sound quality. +Easy set up. Literally plus and play. +In-line controls to accept calls, mute your mic and increase/decrease volume. +Generously long cable. Cons: -Uncomfortable if you wear glasses. Tolerable for about 30 minutes for me. I have an ordinary sized head in case you were wondering! haha! -They do strike me as being somewhat expensive. I paid £47 for these and I'm struggling to see where the cost is justified. -Build quality is satisfactory however I would expect better quality for £47. Bottom line: For the price of £47 this is not too bad. It does exactly what I need it to and the microphone quality is exceptional. If you wear glasses, like me, I would recommend these only if you intend to use them less than 30 minutes at a time. Any longer and your ears will suffer.

Not suitable for small heads
Fantastic sound quality and the microphone is great. I bought it to use for work phone calls, it’s the third headset I’ve bought- I’ve had lots of trouble with sound quality and how people hear me when I talk but this one is great. Only criticism is that it’s too big for my head so a little uncomfortable to wear. I can’t make the band any smaller so will have to figure out a way of making it fit my head which isn’t ideal when it’s already cost £50.

Excellent headset - worth the money
Really can’t fault it. Use it all the time for work. Sound is very good and its noise cancelling functionality excellent. This is particularly important as I share my home office with my partner and we can both be quite loud on our respective calls!

OK for Zoom poor for voiceover
The clip broke after 10 uses. This is more important than you think - without it the noise from the wire rustling against your clothes make using the headset pointless. Sound is OK for Zoom - better than computer audio. Not much use for video voiceover. I inserted PowerPoint presentations into videos made with a cheap camera and the difference in sound quality was huge.

Comfort with clear sound
Bought these to replace phone headphones which I was using for laptop for webex and calls. Came this week and plugged straight in to laptop for my webex call and was amazed at the quality and other participants commented they could hear me loud and clear (previously using phone headset, my voice was too quiet). So glad to have these and will make life easier working from home.

Not Very Comfy On The Ears, But All Is Not Lost.
Following the purchase of a webcam that had a bad audio system, I followed the advice of a reviewer & decided to use a separate mic. This headset suits me perfectly, as both the mic & phones have an excellent audio system. So much so, that I had to turn the speaker volume right down. I decided to use the mic only, using my monitors speakers instead. My family members now say that they can hear me, I am very clear & there is no vibrating sound they could hear before. I did not use the in-line remote control, as it wasn't necessary. The only reason I haven't given five stars is that I found the phones did not sit comfy on the ears, so I'm glad I won't be using them all day, every day. Wrapped around my neck though, just using the excellent mic, it works perfectly for me.

Doesn't like hoovers
Great headset, cancels a lot of external noise. Handy when working from home in a noisy environment. Doesn't fair too badly when the cable is run over by a hoover, but.... it still works, even with a shredded cable sheath.
